The Corridor collection of TV cabinets and audio towers provides the ideal home for a complete home entertainment system or serves as a beautiful storage cabinet in its own right. Striking louvered doors provide ventilation and remote control access, while a host of integrated features are engineered to provide simple setup and maintenance of even the most demanding media systems.
Corridor’s unique concealed wheels are built into the cabinet's legs. Even when fully loaded, the cabinet can be easily moved away from the wall for access to cables and connections. (Corridor model 8175 does not include wheels for security.) Integrated levelers compensate for minor variations in the floor, or can lift the cabinet off its wheels to secure it in place.
Corridor cabinets are engineered with removable or sliding side back panels (in most models, the center panel is fixed). The panel(s) can be removed effortlessly for easy access to components and connections. Back panels can even be left off the cabinet without sacrificing structural rigidity, allowing larger components to extend out the back, if needed.
Corridor is engineered to keep the usual tangle of cables and power cords controlled and out of sight. Integrated routing channels neatly conceal interconnect cables. Cabinets have easily removable back panels for access to the rear of components.
Because components come in all shapes and sizes, Corridor home theater furniture features shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of systems. Shelves rest on unique steel shelf pins that are rubber-padded to minimize vibration; threaded inserts allow you to adjust shelf heights as needed.
Electronics put off a lot of heat. In order to perform at peak levels, this heat needs to go somewhere. Corridor cabinets facilitate airflow through generous ventilation slots integrated into the bottom panels, shelves and removable back panels.
Whether you live in an earthquake zone or your kids just make you feel like you do, the included TV Safety Strap secures the TV to the cabinet, minimizing the chance for accidents.
